The Indigenous Peoples of North America That We Will Meet

The Indigenous peoples of the vast North American continent are native to regions with a wide range of climates. Some might live in tundra or glacial areas where it is relatively cold all year round, and others in areas where it is always warm and rainy. There are others living in grasslands and deserts. The languages and customs of these tribes vary as much as their natural environments. This exhibition displays objects from forty-three tribes spanning from the Arctic to the southeastern region of the continent. Let us introduce some of the tribes you will meet.
